By High-Speed Rail

Yinchuan to Zhongwei South in about 1.5 hours, then a taxi (around ¥35–50) or Bus 2 to the park.

By Plane

Zhongwei Shapotou Airport is the closest field — a taxi reaches the park within about half an hour.

By Car

About 2.5 hours from Yinchuan via the expressway; navigate to the Water Gate or Space-Time Gate lots.

By Bus or Taxi

City buses and taxis link Zhongwei downtown with the scenic area in around 30–40 minutes.

By Conventional Train

The old Baotou–Lanzhou line calls at Zhongwei from Yinchuan — the budget option when high-speed times don't fit; a taxi or Bus 2 then covers the last stretch.

Getting Around

The two zones sit about 8 km apart — the park shuttle links them in around ten minutes (around ¥30, often folded into combo tickets); inside, a free desert escalator, gondolas, speedboats and the raft route do the moving.
