Train + bus

Beijing or Tianjin to Jizhou North station - the fastest trains from Beijing take around 45 minutes - then tourist bus 11 or a 20-minute taxi to the gate.

Tourist coach

Direct tourist coaches link Beijing (daily departures from Beitucheng subway station) and Tianjin Station's tourism hub with the scenic gate in about 1.5 hours, returning late afternoon.

Self-drive

About 90 minutes from Tianjin via the Jin-Ji expressway; parking at the visitor centre.

Getting Around

Inside the gate, walkways and three cableways (Pan, Yunsong, Guayue) link the levels; the summit is a 30-60 minute walk from the top cable stations.
