Self-drive

G4/Rongwu expressways to Anxin county, then the tourist dock - about 2 hours from Beijing or Tianjin.

By High-Speed Rail

Beijing West to Baoding East in about 40 minutes, then a 45-minute taxi to the Anxin docks; trains from Beijing also run direct to Baiyangdian station, 17 km from the dock, and the Beijing-Xiong'an intercity serves Xiong'an station - both with bus or taxi links to the lake.

By air via Beijing Daxing

Beijing Daxing is the closest major airport - intercity trains run from beneath the terminal to Xiong'an in 19 minutes, then buses or taxis cover the last leg to the Anxin docks.

From the dock: public ferries to the main islands or private charters arranged at homestays.
