By Coach
Direct coaches link Harbin (Longyun station, by the railway station) with the scenic-area bus station in about 4–5 hours over ~380 km of expressway.
By Train
K-trains from Harbin run 6–7.5 hours — but 'Wudalianchi Station' is actually 30 km out at Zhanhe, so many travelers ride on to Bei'an (more trains) and transfer by ~1-hour coach or shared minibus to the scenic town.
By Plane
Wudalianchi Dedu Airport (DTU) lies just 11 km — a 30-minute drive — from the town, with thin seasonal schedules routing via Harbin and onward to Heihe or Mohe; timetables change every season, so check before planning around a flight.
By Car
Harbin in ~4–4.5 hours via the Jihei/G1 and Qianen expressways, or Heihe in ~3 hours via Jihei and Qiannan — the most flexible base for hopping the scattered zones.
Seasonal Regional Coaches
Summer adds direct links from Heihe, Suihua, Daqing and other regional cities to the scenic-area bus station (info: 0456-7221324).
Getting Around
No fixed public transport links the zones (5–15 km apart): self-drive or a hotel-arranged car is easiest; chartered taxis run ~¥50 for a two-sight loop; the loop sightseeing bus costs ¥50–80; short visitor-center shuttles ~¥20 and in-zone eco-carts ~¥25. On the water, the Bailong Lake cruise runs ~¥100 and the lakeshore sightseeing car ~¥40.
